В ходе встречи Главы ДНР Дениса Пушилина с министром образования и науки Михаилом Кушаковым обсуждены предварительные итоги проведения вступительной кампании в Республике. Об этом сегодня, 26 июля, сообщает пресс-служба АГ ДНР.
«Система образования – одна из ключевых для любого государства. Мы уделяем огромное внимание системе образования Донецкой Народной Республики, несмотря на проблемы, связанные с войной, развитием экономики.
Тем не менее, хочу особо отметить, что интеграционные процессы с Российской Федерацией уже хорошо заметны в образовательной сфере. На данный момент четыре республиканских вуза получили аккредитацию в Российской Федерации, и мы имеем возможность выдавать выпускникам дипломы российского образца.
Я знаю, что это повлияло на количество желающих поступить в наши вузы, и хотел бы услышать сегодня, чем отличается вступительная кампания этого года от предыдущих? Также хотелось бы услышать, насколько госзаказ перестроил структуру бюджетных мест? Возможно, есть еще вопросы, которые нужно проработать заранее, пока не начался учебный год?» — обратился Глава Республики к министру образования и науки.
Михаил Кушаков доложил Денису Пушилину, что полученная вузами Республики российская аккредитация существенно повлияла на статистику поступления в эти учебные учреждения.
«В 2018 году в Донецком национальном университете количество абитуриентов было 4 276, в этом году – 5 484. В ДонНУЭТ в 2018 году было 1 657 абитуриентов, в 2019 году – 2 052. То есть, количество абитуриентов заметно увеличилось», – сообщил Михаил Кушаков.
По словам министра образования и науки, всего в высшие учебные заведения во время вступительной кампании 2019 года подали заявлений 17 538 абитуриентов. Приемная кампания находится в завершающей стадии. 29 июля будет проходить зачисление абитуриентов за счет бюджетных ассигнований, а 30 июля – за счет физических лиц по контракту.
Кушаков отметил помощь Российской Федерации в становлении и развитии образования и науки Донецкой Народной Республики. По словам министра, в следующем учебном году запланировано прохождение российской государственной аккредитации по разным специальностям еще нескольких учебных учреждений Республики.
Также в ходе встречи глава государства Денис Пушилин поинтересовался у Михаила Кушакова, насколько будут удовлетворены потребности различных отраслей экономики в подготовке кадров по профессиям рабочих, служащих и специалистов среднего звена.
«Мы постарались передать больше бюджетных мест на специальности, которые будут востребованы для развития нашей Республики. Например, на техническим, педагогическим, медицинским специальностям, то есть по тем направлениям, в которых особенно существует кадровая необходимость», – сказал министр образования и науки ДНР.

“The education system is one of the most essential for any state. We pay great attention to the education system of the Donetsk People’s Republic, despite the problems associated with the war and economic development.
Nevertheless, I want to especially note that the integration processes into the Russian Federation have been already well visible in the educational sphere. At the moment, four republic higher education establishments have been accredited in the Russian Federation, and we have the opportunity to issue diplomas of the Russian model to graduates.
I know that this has had an impact on the number of people willing to enter our higher education establishments, and I would like to hear today, what is the difference between this year’s admissions process and the previous ones? I would also like to hear how the state sponsorship reorganized the structure of state-financed openings? Perhaps there are still questions that need to be worked out before the academic year begins?” The Head of the Republic addressed the Minister of Education and Science.
Mikhail Kushakov reported to Denis Pushilin that the Russian accreditation the universities of the Republic obtained had had a significant impact on the statistics of admission to these educational institutions.
“In 2018, in Donetsk National University, the number of applicants was 4,276, this year it is 5,484. DNUET in 2018 had 1,657 applicants, and 2,052 in 2019. That is, the number of applicants has increased markedly,” Mikhail Kushakov reported.
According to the Minister of Education and Science, a total of 17,538 applicants have submitted applications to institutions of higher education during the admissions process in 2019. The enrolment process is in its final stage. On July 29th, there will be an enrollment of applicants at the expense of budgetary allocations, and on July 30th at the expense of individuals under the contract.
Kushakov noted the assistance of the Russian Federation in the formation and development of education and science of the Donetsk People’s Republic. According to the minister, in the next academic year it is planned that several more educational institutions of the Republic will obtain the Russian state accreditation in various specialties.
Also during the meeting, the head of the state Denis Pushilin asked Mikhail Kushakov how satisfied would be the needs of various sectors of the economy when training personnel for the professions of working men, employees and mid-ranking specialists.
“We have tried to transfer more state-financed openings to the specialties that will be in demand for the development of our Republic. For example, to technical, pedagogical, medical specialties, that is, those areas that particularly lack personnel,” the Minister of Education and Science of the DPR said.
