С мая текущего года было подано 350 тысяч заявлений на выдачу паспорта гражданина Донецкой Народной Республики, а на вчерашний день порядка 6,5 тысячам граждан ДНР вручены российские паспорта. Об этом 29 июля сообщил журналистам заместитель начальника Миграционной службы МВД ДНР, полковник полиции Владимир Медведок. При помощи недавно начавшей действовать в отделениях ГП «Почта Донбасса» электронной очереди на сдачу документов для получения паспорта ДНР или РФ на сегодняшний день записались более 52 тысяч человек.
«С момента подписания Президентом Российской Федерации Владимиром Путиным Указа №183 «Об отдельных категориях иностранных граждан и лиц без гражданства, имеющих право обратиться с заявлениями о приёме в гражданство Российской Федерации в упрощённом порядке» у нас произошел стремительный скачок желающих получить паспорт гражданина Донецкой Народной Республики. В целом по Республике уже подано 350 тысяч заявлений на выдачу паспорта гражданина ДНР», — сказал он.
Как отметил Владимир Медведок, по состоянию на вечер 28 июля на получение гражданства Российской Федерации сдали документы более 23 тысяч человек.

In general, in the Republic 350 thousand applications for issuing a passport of a citizen of the DPR have already been submitted,” he said.
Vladimir Medvedok noted that as of the evening of July 28th, more than 23 thousand people had submitted the documents for obtaining citizenship of the Russian Federation.
