По инициативе Общественной палаты Донецкой Народной Республики 30 июля в Донецке состоялся круглый стол, посвященный проблемам людей с ограниченными физическими возможностями. Как сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР, в мероприятии приняли участие, кроме членов Общественной палаты, депутаты Народного Совета ДНР, представители ряда министерств и ведомств, учреждений и организаций инвалидов Донецка, Макеевки, Горловки.
«В Республике зарегистрировано свыше 100 тысяч людей с ограниченными физическими возможностями, из них более 22 тысяч находятся на специальном учете в Министерстве труда и социальной политики. За каждым из них стоят свои проблемы, свои сложности. Задача Общественной палаты — помочь решить большинство проблем, стоящих перед этими людьми», — отметил председатель ОП ДНР Александр Кофман.
Председатель благотворительного фонда «Дельфины» Ольга Волкова считает, что проблем у людей с ограниченными физическими возможностями достаточно много. «Одной из самых важных считается доступность окружающей среды для инвалидов. Есть проблемы с отдыхом инвалидов на Азовском море — это для нас больная тема», — сказала она.
По словам председателя Макеевской городской ассоциации инвалидов «Ника плюс» Ирины Чибисовой, необходимо помочь устранить существующие барьеры для людей с ограниченными физическими возможностями в охране здоровья и реабилитации, образовании, трудоустройстве. «Хочу отметить, что решение актуальных проблем людей с ограниченными физическими возможностями может быть лишь комплексным, с участием органов социальной защиты населения, здравоохранения, культуры, образования, транспорта, строительства и архитектуры, а также разработки единой цельной системы социальной реабилитации таких людей», — сказала она.
В ходе обсуждения предложено создать ряд общественных советов по разным направлениям, в том числе и по вопросам инвалидов.
«Дальнейшая работа таких советов позволит эффективнее решать вопросы всех категорий населения. Помимо взаимодействия между собой они будут анализировать все серьезные проблемы и выдвигать их на обсуждение Общественной палаты для поиска шагов скорейшего их преодоления», — подчеркнул Кофман.

Each of them has their own problems, their own difficulties. The task of the Public Chamber is to help solve most of the problems these people have faced,” Chairman of the DPR Public Chamber Alexander Kofman noted.
Chairperson of the Charitable Fund Delfiny Olga Volkova believes that physically challenged people have quite many problems. “Accessibility of the environment for people with disabilities is considered one of the most important. There are problems with the recreation of persons with disabilities by the Azov Sea — this is an acute subject for us,” she said.
According to Irina Chibisova, the chairperson of the Makeyevka City Association of Disabled Persons Nika Plus, it is necessary to facilitate the elimination of the existing barriers for people with disabilities in the sphere of health protection and rehabilitation, education and employment. “I would like to note that the solution of pressing issues of people with disabilities can be complex only with the involvement of bodies of social protection of the population, health care, culture, education, transport, construction and architecture, as well as the development of a single integral system for social rehabilitation of such people,” she said.
During the discussion, they suggested creating a number of public councils for various areas, including for the issues of disabled people.
“Further work of such councils will make it possible to more effectively resolve the issues of all categories of the population. In addition to interaction with each other, they will analyze all serious problems and bring them up for discussion to the Public Chamber in order to find ways to solve them as soon as possible,” Kofman stressed.
