Дорогие друзья!
Поздравляю ветеранов воздушно-десантных войск с праздником – Днем ВДВ!
Десантники – это армейская элита, вы всегда там, где труднее всего. «Никто, кроме нас!» – этот девиз вы пронесли сквозь годы, не раз подтверждая, что десант достоин этих легендарных слов.
Сегодня в составе армии Донецкой Народной Республики отсутствует этот род войск, но в рядах Народной милиции ДНР служат немало ветеранов ВДВ. Вы одними из первых встали на защиту родной земли, первыми встали на пути противника.
Мы чтим память о славном героическом прошлом и не менее героическом настоящем представителей крылатой пехоты, для которых слова честь, долг, мужество – не пустой звук. Недаром в Донецке установлен памятник Герою Советского Союза Василию Маргелову.
С праздником, десантура! С Днем ВДВ!

Dear friends!
I congratulate veterans of the airborne forces on the holiday, Airborne Forces Day!
Paratroopers are the army elite; you are always in the toughest places. ‘Nobody but us!’ — you have carried this motto through the years, not once confirming that the airborne force is worthy of these legendary words.
Today, the army of the Donetsk People’s Republic does not have this kind of troops, but many veterans of the airborne forces serve in the ranks of the DPR People’s Militia. You were one of the first to defend our Homeland, the first to stand in the way of the adversary.
We honor the memory of the glorious heroic past and no less heroic present of representatives of the airborne infantry, for whom the words ‘honor, duty and courage’ are not an empty phrase. No wonder that the monument to Hero of the Soviet Union Vasily Margelov stands in Donetsk.
Happy holiday, paratroopers! Happy Airborne Forces Day!
