В ландшафтном парке «Зуевский» стартовал I Международный фестиваль рабочей молодежи «Молодая гвардия», в нем участвуют молодые люди от 18 до 35 лет с активной жизненной позицией. Его организатором выступило общественное движение «Донецкая Республика» при поддержке Главы ДНР с целью формирования будущего кадрового резерва государства. Как сообщает корреспондент официального сайта Донецкой Народной Республики, мероприятие продлится до 7 августа. Почти 500 молодых людей будут участвовать в различных конкурсах.

На открытии фестиваля с приветственным словом к участникам обратился руководитель Центрального исполкома общественного движения «Донецкая Республика» Алексей Муратов, отметив важность подготовки будущих специалистов и выявление тех, кто в будущем сможет построить процветающую Республику.

«Вы — первопроходцы, вы открываете I Международный фестиваль рабчей молодежи «Молодая гвардия». Уверен, что в будущем году на этой площадке соберутся молодые ребята не только из нашей Республики, но и из других стран. Здесь вы встретитесь и пообщаетесь с первыми лицами нашего государства и лучшими экспертами в своем деле.

Однако главное то, что вы как кадровый резерв Республики и команда Главы ДНР почерпнете их опыт, узнаете много нового, поскольку от вас зависит, какой наша Республика будет в будущем. Для вас открыты все дороги. Все только начинается», — подчеркнул Алексей Муратов.

Формат фестиваля — непосредственное общение и проведение тематических мероприятий, творческий обмен, гражданско-патриотическое воспитание, самовыражение, а также выявление самой активной рабочей молодёжи. Это не только подготовка будущего кадрового резерва ОД «ДР», но и других государственных органов и промышленных предприятий.

По словам одного из организаторов фестиваля «Молодая гвардия» Сергея Самохина, мероприятие включает в себя много испытаний.

«Все зависит от фантазии и импровизации ребят, поэтому мы даем им возможность по максимуму показать себя в ролевых играх, где можно проявить лидерские способности», — сказал он.

Также организаторы отметили, что впереди участников ждет много разнообразных конкурсов и общение с руководством Республики. А по итогам фестиваля лучших ожидают Кубок дружбы и призовой фонд, за которые будут бороться 23 команды из всех городов и районов Республики.

The 1st International Festival of Working Youth called “Young Guards” has started in the Zuyevsky landscape park, young people aged 18 to 35 with an active life stance participate in it. At the festival’s opening, chief of the Central Executive Committee of the Donetsk Republic Public Movement Aleksey Muratov addressed the participants with a welcoming speech, noting the importance of training future specialists and finding those who will be able to build a prosperous Republic in the future.

“You are the earliest explorers; you are opening the 1st International Festival of Working Youth “Young Guards”. I am sure that next year young people not only from our Republic will gather at this venue, but also from other countries. Here you will meet and talk with senior-most officials of our state and the best experts of their job.

However, the main thing is that you, as the personnel reserve of the Republic and the team of the Head of the DPR, will gain their experience and learn a lot, because it depends on you what our Republic will be like in the future. All roads are open to you. Everything is just beginning,” Aleksey Muratov emphasized.

The format of the festival is direct communication and conducting themed events, creative sharing, civic-patriotic education, self-expression, as well as the identification of the most active working youth. This is not only the preparation of the future personnel reserve of the Donetsk Republic PM, but also of other state bodies and industrial enterprises.

According to one of the organizers of the Young Guards festival Sergey Samokhin, the event involves many trials.

“It all depends on the imagination and improvisation of the young people, so we give them the opportunity to show themselves to the maximum in role-playing games where they can manifest their leadership skills,” he said.

The organizers also noted that many various contests and communication with the leadership of the Republic await the participants. And based on the results of the festival, the best ones will be awarded the Friendship Cup and prize pool, for which 23 teams from all cities, towns and districts of the Republic will compete.
