Несмотря на снижение общего количества обстрелов, благодаря согласованному в Минске перемирию, провокационные и агрессивные действия вооруженных формирований Украины подрывают все усилия по мирному урегулированию конфликта в Донбассе.
Сегодня ранним утром ВФУ нанесли массированный удар по югу Донецкой Народной Республики, впервые за время действия перемирия применив артиллерию калибром 122 мм. В результате варварского обстрела повреждены 10 жилых домов, газопровод и линии электропередач в населенном пункте Октябрь, мирные жители поселка остаются без газа и света. Также вчера уже второй раз подвергалась обстрелу с позиций ВФУ действующая школа и жилой сектор в Горловке.
К сожалению, приходится констатировать, что военные преступления ВФУ будут продолжаться, пока не будет принципиально решен вопрос о применении дисциплинарных мер к нарушителям. До сих пор мы не увидели результаты проведенных украинской стороной разбирательств ни по одному факту обстрелов нашей территории и их разрушительных последствий.
Вместо того, чтобы выполнять взятые на себя обязательства согласно принятому пакету дополнительных мер, представители Киева всеми своими действиями нагнетают обстановку с целью дестабилизации ситуации на линии соприкосновения.
Не оставляем надежду, что здравый смысл возобладает над губительной идеей войны и наши оппоненты вернутся в дипломатическое поле. Рассчитываем на активную поддержку в этом вопросе ОБСЕ и кураторов Украины – стран-гарантов Минских соглашений.
Despite the decrease in the total number of attacks thanks to the ceasefire agreed in Minsk, the provocative and aggressive actions of the armed formations of Ukraine undermine all efforts for the peaceful settlement of the conflict in Donbass.
Today, early this morning, the AFU launched a massive attack on the south of the Donetsk People’s Republic, for the first time since the operation of the armistice used 122 mm artillery. As a result of the barbaric shelling, 10 residential buildings, a gas pipeline and power lines in Oktyabr were damaged, civilians in the village were left without gas and electricity. Also yesterday, for the second time, an operating school and a residential area in Gorlovka were engaged from a direction of AFU positions.
Unfortunately, we have to admit that the AFU’s war crimes will continue until the issue of imposing disciplinary measures on the violators is fundamentally resolved. So far, we have seen no results of the investigations conducted by the Ukrainian side into any fact of attack on our territory and their devastating consequences.
Instead of fulfilling their obligations in accordance with the adopted package of additional measures, the representatives of Kiev with all their actions escalate the situation in order to destabilize the situation at the contact line.
We do not give up the hope that common sense will prevail over the disastrous idea of war, and our opponents will return to the diplomatic field. We count on the active support in this matter from the OSCE and the curators of Ukraine, the guarantor countries of the Minsk Agreements.
