В Донецком Доме профсоюзов 21 августа состоялось заседание круглого стола «Перспективы развития интеграционных процессов между профсоюзами Российской Федерации и Донецкой Народной Республики». Как сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР, сегодня между Федерацией профсоюзов ДНР и Объединением профсоюзов России СОЦПРОФ было подписано Соглашение о сотрудничестве и взаимодействии.

«Сегодня у нас рабочая встреча. Интеграционные процессы с Российской Федерацией идут все более активно, и это нас радует», — заявил председатель Федерации профсоюзов ДНР Максим Паршин.

Как подчеркнул принявший участие в работе круглого стола депутат Государственной Думы РФ, координатор Интеграционного комитета «Россия — Донбасс» Андрей Козенко, основная инициатива в деятельности Интеграционного комитета — это максимальная интеграция Донецкой и Луганской Народных Республик в Российскую Федерацию во всех сферах жизни. «И кому, как не профсоюзам, заниматься этой подчас нелегкой, но абсолютно правильной работой. Вы представляете интересы сотен тысяч людей по различным направлениям профессиональной их деятельности, которые ежедневно работают над созиданием Республики. Самое главное — это не только подписанное Соглашение, а ежедневная, конкретная работа, взаимодействие», — сказал он.

Руководитель депутатской фракции «Донецкая Республика» в Народном Совете ДНР Валерий Скороходов назвал сегодняшнюю рабочую встречу между профсоюзами ДНР и России важным политическим мероприятием. «Необходимо не просто подписать документ, а чтобы это дало мощнейший позитивный результат», — сказал он.

По словам председателя Объединения профсоюзов России СОЦПРОФ Сергея Вострецова, у которого отец также был шахтером в Забайкалье, военная ситуация в Донецке и Луганске с болью в сердце воспринимается у жителей России — от Мурманска до Владивостока. «Ваши две Народные Республики взяли на себя основной удар, не дав распространиться фашизму на еще большей территории. Поверьте мне, вся Большая Россия-матушка это понимает. У меня есть глубокая уверенность, что пройдет совсем немного времени, и тот подвиг, который совершил народ Донбасса, будет по достоинству оценен, ваш край будет процветать», — сказал он. По его словам, сегодня важно общение между профсоюзами, обмен делегациями. «На своем уровне — простом, человеческом, на уровне народной дипломатии. Вам профсоюзную работу вести очень непросто, но очень нужно», — отметил он.

Подписанное в Донецке Соглашение о сотрудничестве и взаимодействии поможет в совместной работе профсоюзов по защите социально-экономической защите интересов трудящихся. Нашим профсоюзам интересен опыт российских коллег в применении действующего законодательства, соблюдении коллективных договоров на предприятиях, охраны труда и здоровья членов профсоюзов и их семей и т. д.

In Donetsk, the House of Trade Unions on August 21st hosted a round table meeting on the topic of Prospects for the Development of Integration Processes Between Trade Unions of the Russian Federation and the Donetsk People’s Republic. According to a correspondent of the DPR official website, today the Agreement on Cooperation and Interaction was signed between the DPR Federation of Trade Unions and the trade union amalgamation of Russia SOTSPROF.

“Today we have a working meeting. Integration processes with the Russian Federation are proceeding more actively and it pleases us,” chairman of the DPR Federation of Trade Unions Maxim Parshin stated.

Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, coordinator of the Russia-Donbass Integration Committee Andrei Kozenko, who participated in the roundtable meeting, stressed that the main initiative in the activities of the Integration Committee is the maximum integration of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics into the Russian Federation in all spheres of life. “Who else but the trade unions should be engaged in this, sometimes difficult, but absolutely right job. You represent the interests of hundreds of thousands of people in various areas of their professional activity, who work daily on the creation of the Republic. The most important thing is not only the signed Agreement, but daily, concrete work, interaction,” he said.

Head of the Donetsk Republic parliamentary faction in the DPR People’s Council Valery Skorokhodov stated that today’s working meeting between the trade unions of the DPR and Russia was an important political event. “It is necessary not only to sign the document, but also to ensure that all this brings the most powerful positive result in the end,” he said.

According to chairman of the Trade Union Amalgamation of Russia SOTSPROF Sergei Vostretsov, whose father was also a miner in Transbaikal, the wartime situation in Donetsk and Lugansk is resounded with pain in the heart of the residents of Russia from Murmansk to Vladivostok. “Your two People’s Republics have taken the brunt of it, not allowing fascism to spread even over a larger territory. Believe me, all of Big Mother Russia understands this. I have a deep belief that very little time will pass and the feat that the people of Donbass performed will be appreciated and your land will prosper,” he said. According to him, communication between trade unions and the exchange of delegations are important today. “At its level, simple, human, at the level of public diplomacy. It is very difficult for you to conduct trade union work, but it is very necessary,” he noted.

The Agreement on cooperation and interaction signed in Donetsk will facilitate the joint work of trade unions on the socio-economic protection of the interests of workers. Our trade unions are interested in the experience of Russian colleagues in the application of the legislation in power, compliance with collective agreements at enterprises, labor and health protection of trade union members and their families, etc.
