На заседании группы по политическим вопросам украинскую позицию представлял ранее участвовавший в переговорах эксперт, который сегодня демонстрировал попытки вернуться в конструктивное русло. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба МИД ДНР.
«Группа смогла вернуться к вопросам утвержденной повестки дня. Пока нельзя сказать, что состоялась полноценная дискуссия – переговорщик от Киева ссылался на то, что парламент еще не работает, хотя это не является аргументом для остановки дискуссии в Минске.
Также украинская сторона попыталась подменить конституционное закрепление особого статуса Донбасса понятием общей децентрализации. Подобное отношение к ключевому пункту Минских соглашений, достигнутых с таким трудом, вызывает лишь недоумение.
Стоит отдельно еще раз отметить, что Комплекс мер прямо предписывает предоставить Донбассу особый статус и закрепить его в Конституции Украины. Эта процедура не должна зависеть от политических веяний и состава парламента, поскольку является установленным резолюцией СБ ООН международно-правовым обязательством государства и безальтернативным залогом восстановления мира в Донбассе», – акцентировала Наталья Никонорова.
Полпред ДНР вновь обратила внимание на недопустимость саботажа переговорного процесса. Результатов на политическом треке возможно добиться, лишь следуя переговорной логике, утвержденной Комплексом мер и закрепленной предписаниями Нормандского формата по его реализации.

“The group was able to return to the issues on the approved agenda. It cannot yet be said that a full-fledged discussion took place — the negotiator from Kiev referred to the fact that the parliament is still not working, although this is not an argument to stop the discussion in Minsk.
Also, the Ukrainian side tried to substitute the constitutional entrenchment of the special status of Donbass with the concept of overall decentralization. Such an attitude to the key point of the Minsk agreements reached with such difficulty causes only bewilderment.
It should be noted once again that the Complex of Measures expressly prescribes granting Donbass the special status and enshrining it in the Constitution of Ukraine. This procedure should not depend on political trends and the composition of the parliament, since it is an international legal obligation of the state established by the UN Security Council’s resolution and a single option to reestablish peace in Donbass,” Natalya Nikonorova emphasized.
The DPR plenipotentiary again drew attention to the inadmissibility of sabotage of the negotiating process. It is possible to achieve results on the political track only by following the negotiating logic approved by the Complex of Measures and enshrined by the prescriptions of the Normandy format for its implementation.
