Сегодня, 29 августа, Глава ДНР Денис Пушилин принял участие в открытой дискуссии с молодежью, участниками форума «Идея. Территория возможностей». Как сообщает корреспондент официального сайта Донецкой Народной Республики, этот форум является платформой для вовлечения молодежи в социально-активную жизнь города и Республики.
«Пусть это громко звучит, но учитывая то, что форум проводится уже в пятый раз и вы принимаете участие в нем, значит, он востребован, значит, он популярен, значит, он нужен. Могу сказать однозначно, что общение с молодежью и понимание, что с ней происходит, крайне важно для любого государства.
Почему для нас это является главенствующим фактором? Мы все помним 2014 год, когда элиты на определенных этапах, по определенным обстоятельствам нас покинули. Мы были вынуждены выстраивать систему с нуля. Но у нас по-прежнему жёсткий кадровый голод. Не хватает специалистов. Хороших, проверенных ребят достаточно. Но эффективных менеджеров на определенных направлениях не хватает. Спросите главу администрации любого города, любого министерства, ведомства — увы, это так. Потому мы и рассчитываем на молодежь, и в целом такие показатели, как интеллектуальное, физическое развитие, духовно-моральная составляющая молодежи — это показатели для всего государства. Поэтому нам сейчас крайне важно понимать и помогать вам», — сказал Денис Пушилин.
Ребят интересовали самые разнообразные аспекты жизни Республики, в частности интеграционные процессы с Российской Федерацией, социально-политическая и общественная жизнь, работа промышленности, студенческие стипендии и т.д.
Необходимо отметить, что это уже пятый, юбилейный форум «Идея», который проводится ежегодно по инициативе главы администрации Горловки, при поддержке общественной организации «Молодая Республика», Министерства молодежи, спорта и туризма ДНР, других организаций и ведомств. Его целью является образование молодежи в области социальной, информационной политики, военно-патриотического воспитания, общение с политиками, журналистами, общественными деятелями.
Например, в качестве гостей участие в форуме приняли руководитель Центрального исполкома общественного движения «Донецкая Республика» Алексей Муратов, министр молодёжи, спорта и туризма ДНР Александр Громаков, глава администрации Горловки Иван Приходько, известный журналист Рашит Шехмаметьев и другие.
В этом году в форуме «Идея» участвовали 140 молодых людей из Горловки и других городов.

“It might sound dramatic, but given the fact that the forum is being held for the fifth time and you are participating in it, it means it is in demand, it means it is popular, so it is needed. I can say for sure that communicating with young people and understanding what is happening to them is extremely important to any state.
Why is this the dominant factor for us? We all remember 2014, when the elites, at certain stages, for certain reasons, left us. We had to build a system from scratch. But we still have severe personnel shortages. Not enough specialists. There are enough good, proven people. But there are not enough specialists, good, effective managers in certain areas. Ask any head of the city administration, any ministry, department — alas, this is so. For this, we rely on young people and, in general, such an indicator as intellectual development, as physical development, as the spiritual and moral component of the youth — this is an indicator for the entire state. Therefore, it is now extremely important for us to understand and help you,” Denis Pushilin said.
The young people were interested in the most diverse aspects of the life of the Republic, in particular, integration processes with the Russian Federation, sociopolitical and social life, operation of the industry, student scholarships, etc.
It should be noted that the fifth anniversary forum called “Idea” is held annually at the initiative of the head of the administration of Gorlovka, with the support of the Young Republic public organization, the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Tourism of the DPR, other organizations and agencies. Its goal is to educate young people in the field of social, information policy, military-patriotic education, communication with politicians, journalists, public figures.
For example, chief of the Central Executive Committee of the Donetsk Republic Public Movement Aleksey Muratov, Minister of Youth, Sports and Tourism of the DPR Aleksandr Gromakov, head of the Gorlovka administration Ivan Prikhodko, well-known journalist Rashit Shekhmametiev and others attended the forum as guests.
This year, 140 young people from Gorlovka and other towns participated in the Idea forum.
