Несмотря на решение действующего президента Украины об отказе от проведения торжественных мероприятий, приуроченных ко Дню украинского флага и Дню независимости, военная хунта, находящаяся у власти на Украине, решила иначе, говорится в срочном заявлении УНМ ДНР.
«Нами получены документы, подтверждающие тайную подготовку к проведению военного парада в Киеве.
Так, по замыслу украинских военачальников, рано утром 23 августа подразделения вооруженных формирований Украины, запланированные для участия в параде, должны прибыть к площади Независимости в Киеве.
В 9:00 начнется военный парад. При этом действующий президент Зеленский будет оповещен о происходящем непосредственно перед мероприятием и поставлен перед фактом – либо он выходит и принимает парад, либо нет, но тогда дальнейшее развитие событий может значительно снизить его рейтинг и привести к непоправимым последствиям.
При этом с целью подъема значимости проводимого парада»» для участия в нем были отправлены приглашения действующим и бывшим военнослужащим ВФУ, которые имеют звание «героя Украины».
Важно отметить, что не все «герои» согласились с методами, к которым прибегла военная хунта, чтобы опозорить Зеленского, и отказались от участия в параде. Мы получили список этих «отказников»: генерал-майор Шаптала С.А; полковник Собко С.С.; полковник Зубанич В.И; подполковник Межевикин Е.М. и др. с номерами телефонов. Стоит обратить внимание, что среди «отказников» оказались три военачальника: Шаптала – начальник штаба оперативного командования «Юг» (в прошлом командир 128-й огпбр), Собко – командир 128-й горно-штурмовой бригады и Зубанич – командир 10-й горно-штурмовой бригады.
Мы не исключаем, что за проявленную лояльность к действующему президенту в ближайшее время у этих военачальников пойдет небывалый карьерный рост.
При этом по неподтвержденным, но массово получаемыми нами в настоящее время данным, в ходе проведения несанкционированного военного парада возможны провокации, направленные на дестабилизацию существующего политического строя. Мы не можем пока говорить о военном перевороте, но все факты говорят в пользу этой версии. Возможно, именно это заставило отдельных высших командиров отказаться от участия в этом мероприятии.
Кроме этого, нам доподлинно известно, что одновременно с военным парадом в Киеве аналогичные мероприятия будут проведены в Одессе и Краматорске под руководством соответствующих начальников – командующего ВМСУ и командующего ООС.
Теперь понятно, почему президент Украины не может влиять на прекращение огня со стороны ВСУ. Остается только ждать, какое решение примет Зеленский: пойдет на поводу у своей хунты и примет участие в праздничных мероприятиях либо проявит стойкость и добьется исполнения своих решений. Причем решений как в вопросах проведения парадов, так и в вопросах соблюдения перемирия со стороны ВФУ», — говорится в заявлении.

“We have received documents confirming the secret preparations for a military parade in Kiev.
Therefore, according to the plan of the Ukrainian military leaders, early in the morning of August 23rd, units of the armed formations of Ukraine planned to participate in the parade are supposed to arrive at Independence Square in Kiev.
The military parade will begin at 9:00. In this case, current president Zelensky will be notified about what is happening immediately before the event and confronted with the fact – he either comes out and accepts the parade or do not, but then further development of events can significantly reduce his rating and lead to irreparable consequences.
At the same time, in order to raise the significance of the parade, invitations were sent to operating and former military servicemen of the AFU, who have the title of “hero of Ukraine”, to participate in it.
It is important to note that not all the “heroes” agreed with the methods to which the military junta resorted to disgrace Zelensky, and refused to participate in the parade. We have got a list of those who refused: general major S.A. Shaptala; colonel S.S. Sobko; colonel V.I. Zubanich; lieutenant colonel E.M. Mezhevikin and others with phone numbers. It is worth noting that among those who refused there are three military leaders: Shaptala – chief of staff of the operational command Yug (ex-commander of the 128th separate mountain infantry brigade), Sobko – commander of the 128th mountain assault brigade and Zubanich – commander of the 10th mountain assault brigade.
We do not rule out the possibility of an unprecedented career growth for these commanders in the near future for their loyalty to the current president.
At the same time, according to unconfirmed but massively obtained data at the present time, provocations aimed at destabilizing the existing political system are likely to happen during the unauthorized military parade. We cannot talk about military takeover yet, but all the facts speak in favor of this version. Perhaps this is precisely what made some high commanders refuse to participate in this event.
In addition, we know for certain that at the same time as the military parade in Kiev, similar events will be held in Odessa and Kramatorsk under the leadership of the respective chiefs – the commander of the Ukrainian naval forces and the commander of the joint forces operation.
Now it’s clear why the president of Ukraine cannot influence the ceasefire on the AFU side. All that is left to do is to wait what decision Zelensky will make: whether he does the bidding of his junta and takes part in the festivities, or he shows firmness and achieves the execution of his decisions. Moreover, decisions both in terms of holding the parades and in terms of respecting the ceasefire on the AFU side,” the statement reads.
