Сегодня, 22 августа, члены Общественной палаты ДНР обсудили консолидацию общества в условиях активизации военной агрессии со стороны Украины.
«Напряженная ситуация на всех фронтах длится с 2014 года. Полного перемирия не было никогда. Все это время погибали наши воины-защитники и мирные люди. И ситуация, к сожалению, не меняется. В тех условиях, в которых сегодня живут граждане Республики, особенно важно объединить общество. Уверена, что эту функцию успешно могут выполнить представители Общественной палаты ДНР.
Проблемные вопросы, возникающие в ходе работы с населением, нужно решать коллегиально. Важно, что именно при таких формах взаимодействия всех слоёв населения мы можем выработать пути решения проблем для вынесения их в виде предложений местным администрациям, Народному Совету, Правительству и Главе Республики», — отметила в своем выступлении член Общественной палаты Светлана Кочетова.
В ходе обсуждения член ОП Анатолий Гуров выступил с предложением, которое касается получения аккредитации в РФ ряда спортивных школ Республики.
«Несмотря на военные действия, ни одна из детско-юношеских спортивных школ в ДНР не закрылась. Хочу отметить, что спортсмены профессионального уровня не имеют возможности принимать участие в международных соревнованиях. Считаю, что необходимо поднять вопрос о получении аккредитации в РФ, как это сделали высшие учебные заведения Республики. Данный вопрос в ближайшее время будет рассмотрен комиссией по социальным вопросам ОП ДНР. Мы приложим все усилия по усилению интеграции с Российской Федерацией», — уточнил он.
Как отметил председатель ОП ДНР Александр Кофман, вся деятельность Общественной палаты направлена на предоставление возможности для прямого диалога между гражданами Республики и органами власти.
«За время работы Общественной палаты нам удалось многое сделать на пути консолидации граждан и власти, а именно: создан Совет по защите прав людей с ограниченными возможностями здоровья, на днях будет создан Совет волонтеров и благотворительных организаций, созданы рабочие группы по решению социальных и экономических вопросов. Налажено тесное взаимодействие с министерствами и ведомствами, администрациями городов и районов, общественными организациями и фондами, силовыми структурами.
Сегодня мы наблюдаем очередное обострение ситуации с обстрелами со стороны Украины, гибнут и мирные жители, и военнослужащие. Этот факт не только не останавливает работу членов Общественной палаты, но и обязывает нас работать более продуктивно и охватить как можно больше проблемных вопросов», — подчеркнул Кофман.

“The tense situation at all the fronts has been lasting since 2014. There has never been a full-fledged truce. All this time, our warriors-defenders and peaceful people have been killed. And the situation, unfortunately, does not change. Amid the conditions in which citizens of the Republic live today, it is especially important to unite society. I am sure that representatives of the DPR Public Chamber can successfully fulfill this function.
Problematic issues arising in the course of work with the population should be solved collectively. It is important that it is precisely with these forms of interaction between all segments of the population that we can work out ways to solve problems by making suggestions to local administrations, the People’s Council, the Government and the Head of the Republic,” member of the Public Chamber Svetlana Kochetova noted during her speech.
During the discussion, member of the Public Chamber Anatoly Gurov made a proposal regarding obtaining accreditation in the Russian Federation for sports schools of the Republic.
“Despite the hostilities, none of the youth sports schools in the DPR has been closed. I want to note that professional athletes do not have the opportunity to participate in international competitions. I believe that it is necessary to raise the issue of obtaining accreditation in the Russian Federation, as did higher educational establishments of the Republic. The commission for social affairs of the DPR Public Chamber will soon consider this issue. We will make every effort to strengthen the integration into the Russian Federation,” he clarified.
Chairman of the DPR Public Chamber Aleksandr Kofman noted that all activities of the Public Chamber are aimed at providing for a direct dialogue between citizens of the Republic and the authorities.
“During the work of the Public Chamber, we have managed to do a lot on the way of consolidating citizens and power, namely: the Council for the Protection of the Rights of People with Disabilities has been instituted, the Council of volunteers and charity organizations will be instituted the other day, working groups will be formed to resolve social and economic issues. Close cooperation has been established with ministries and agencies, city and district administrations, public organizations and funds, law enforcement agencies.
Today we are witnessing yet another escalation of the situation due to Ukraine’s attacks, both civilians and the military die. This fact not only does not prevent members of the Public Chamber from working, but also makes us work more productively and address as many problematic issues as possible,” Kofman emphasized.
