The ministry of “occupied territories” recently founded in Ukraine will benefit only those officials who are going to work there, DPR People’s Council deputy Vladimir Medvedev stated.
“The residents of Donbass care nothing for the new state-run agency. The armed conflict requires simple and clear decisions: ceasefire, lifting of the economic blockade, full implementation of the Minsk Agreements. DPR and LPR pensioners must be paid their hard-won money. There is no need to create a ministry for that. It simply requires political will and a firm determination to end the killing of the entirely blameless people.
The new ministry will tap into the budgets, reporting on its busywork and successes. However, it hardly can settle the conflict in Donbass and help people for real,” Vladimir Medvedev said.
