The Investigations Division of the DPR General Prosecutor’s Office is investigating three potions as part of two criminal cases against commander of the 128th AFU separate mountain assault brigade O. Goncharuk and commander of the 28th AFU separate mechanized brigade M. Marchenko, as well as military personnel subordinate to them, for committing terrorist acts under Article 229, Section 2 (a), (c) of the DPR Criminal Code, the press service of the law enforcement agency reported on March 18.
It was established that on March 16, 2020, military personnel of the 128th separate mountain assault brigade, on the orders of commander O. Goncharuk, shelled Dokuchayevsk with mortars, which resulted in damage to windows in apartment 7 at 91 Tsentralnaya Street and the roof of the house at 6 Vinogradnaya Street, the village of Yasny.
In addition, on March 17, 2020, on the orders of brigade commander M. Marchenko, military personnel of the 28th AFU separate mechanized brigade launched a mortar attack on the village of Signalnoye, Petrovsky District of Donetsk, which resulted in damage to an outbuilding at 13 Gagarina Street.
