The Investigations Division of the DPR Prosecutor General’s Office has opened and is investigating a criminal case against commander of the 58th AFU separate motorized infantry brigade D. Kaschenko, as well as military personnel subordinate to him, for committing a terrorist act under Article 229, Section 2 (a), (c) of the DPR Criminal Code, the press service of the DPR Prosecutor General’s Office reports on March 19.
It was established that on March 18, 2020, military personnel of the 58th separate motorized infantry brigade, on the orders of commander D. Kaschenko, launched a mortar attack on the village of Komarovo, Nikitovsky District of Gorlovka, which resulted in damage to 15 garages of the garage cooperative on Vlasenko Street.
