Советом Министров Донецкой Народной Республики предпринимается ряд мер по снижению ценовой нагрузки на население Республики в связи с общемировым увеличением цены на зерно и мясо курицы. Об этом в интервью корреспонденту официального сайта ДНР заявил и.о. министра доходов и сборов ДНР Евгений Лавренов. Напомним, что недавно на заседании Совмина ДНР было принято решение о снижении таможенной пошлины на ввоз курятины на территорию Республики до 10%.

«Само по себе снижение пошлин вызвало очень много споров в Совете Министров. И все же такое решение было принято. Одним из факторов, но не первостепенным, стало то, что пошлины сравняли с луганчанами для того, чтобы устранить дисбаланс. Потому что в рамках формирования единого таможенного пространства таможенная база должна быть идентичной.

Самым же главным фактором, почему было принято решение о снижении пошлин, стало то, что в этом году из-за неурожая, в том числе и в Российской Федерации, в мире выросли цены на зерно. Естественно, пошел рост стоимости комбикормов. Они подскочили в цене в 2 раза. Это неминуемо отразилось на стоимости выращивании курицы. Курятина тоже стала расти в цене. Наши же производители сегодня закрывают лишь 20% всей потребности в курятине населения нашей Республики. 80% — это у нас импорт.

Благодаря тому, что снизили пошлину, — мы смогли амортизировать рост цены на курятину. Сегодня наш потребитель получил рост цены на 30%, хотя в России она выросла до 60% в цене», — сказал он.

И.о. министра доходов и сборов ДНР Евгений Лавренов отметил, что вопрос о снижении цен на куриное мясо держится на особом контроле правительства, Врио Главы ДНР Денис Пушилин на заседании Совета Министров предложил разработать и ввести ряд амортизационных мер для того, чтобы наше население в меньшей степени ощутило эту проблему.

Recall that at the recent meeting, the DPR Council of Ministers decided to reduce the customs duty for importing chicken meat into the territory of the Republic up to 10%.

“Reduced duties alone caused a lot of controversy in the Council of Ministers. And yet this decision was made. One of the factors, but not a paramount one, was that the duties were leveled with Lugansk in order to fix the imbalance. Because within the framework of the formation of a single customs space, the customs base should be identical.

But the most important factor why it was decided to reduce the duties was thefact that this year grain prices haveincreased in the world due to the poor harvest, including the Russian Federation. Naturally, here comes a rise in cost of fodder. Itsprice have increased twofold. This inevitably affected the cost of chicken breeding. Chicken meat has also begun to increase in price. Today, our producers cover only 20% of the total demand for chicken meat of the population of our Republic. 80% is our import.

Acting Minister of Revenues and Duties of the DPR Yevgeny Lavrenov noted that the issue of lowering prices of chicken meat is kept under special control of the government; interim Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin duringthe meeting of the Council of Ministers proposed to develop and introduce a series of amortizing measures so that this problem affect our population to a lesser degree.
