Чрезвычайная ситуация, сложившаяся с водоснабжением и водоотведением в Бердянске Запорожской области, является следствием халатного отношения украинской власти к своему народу. Так, во вторник, 5 февраля, министр строительства и жилищно-коммунального хозяйства ДНР Сергей Наумец прокомментировал аварию на коммунальных сетях в Бердянске, в результате которой многотысячный город остался без воды и канализации.
«Состояние дел в жилищно-коммунальном хозяйстве Украины является зеркальным отражением кризиса украинской власти. Коммунальные сети, которые десятилетиями не знали ремонта, сейчас трещат по швам. Отрасль нужно срочно реформировать, иначе подобные ситуации в ближайшее время начнут возникать во всех населенных пунктах Украины. Пока мы видим только требование оплатить непомерно высокие тарифы на коммунальные услуги, которые при этом динамично растут», — отметил Сергей Наумец.
По словам министра, проблемы износа сетей касаются и наших республиканских коммунальщиков: не хватает техники, материалов. Пока ситуация под контролем, но это стоит больших усилий.
Глава Минстроя ДНР обратил внимание, что специалистами ведомства разработана программа реформирования отрасли, которая направлена на повышение эффективности и надежности функционирования систем жизнеобеспечения. «Основными мероприятиями являются замена трубопроводов тепловых сетей и сетей водоснабжения и канализации, реконструкция и модернизация систем теплоснабжения и проведение капитальных ремонтов жилищного фонда и лифтового хозяйства», – подчеркнул министр.
Напомним, в конце января в Бердянске произошло обрушение на магистральном канализационном коллекторе. В результате аварии более половины жителей города (свыше 60 тысяч) остались без воды. Закрыты все учебные заведения. Люди набирают воду для своих нужд из моря.
The emergency situation with the water supply and wastewater disposal in Berdyansk, Zaporozhe region, is a consequence of the negligent attitude of the Ukrainian government to their nation. On Tuesday, February 5th, Minister of Construction Industry, Housing and Public Utilities of the DPR Sergey Naumets commented on the accident in the utility networks in Berdyansk, as a result of which the several thousand strong town was left without water and sewage.
“The state of affairs in the housing and public utilities sector of Ukraine is a mirror reflection of the crisis of the Ukrainian power. Utility networks, which for decades have not been repaired, are now creaking at the seams. The sector must be urgently reformed, otherwise similar situations will soon arise in all the cities and towns of Ukraine. So far we see only the demand to pay for the prohibitively high public utility rates, which at the same time are dynamically growing,” Sergey Naumets noted.
According to the Minister, the problems of the network deterioration also apply to our republic-wide public utilities: there are not enough equipment and materials. The situation is still under control, but it is worth the big effort.
The DPR Minister of Construction Industry noted that specialists of the establishment had developed a program, which is aimed at improving the efficiency and reliability of critical facilities, to reform the sector. “The main activities are the replacement of pipelines of heating network, water supply and sewage networks, the reconstruction and modernization of heat supply systems and the overhaul of the housing stock and elevator facilities,” the Minister stressed.
Recall that the main sewer collapsed in Berdyansk in late January. As a result of the breakage, more than half of the citizens (over 60 thousand) were left without water. All the educational institutions are closed. People get water for their needs from the sea.
