Посольство Украины в Италии отреагировало письмом в Facebook на открытие 9 февраля Представительства ДНР в Вероне, в котором «решительно осуждает любые попытки поощрения и поддержки» республик.
Действия украинских дипломатов являются прямым проявлением боязни распространения правдивой информации о происходящем в Донбассе, заявила министр иностранных дел Наталья Никонорова, и подчеркнула, что представительские центры ДНР созданы в полном соответствии с законодательством тех европейских стран, где они располагаются.
«Мы рассчитываем на соблюдение международно признанных и гарантируемых прав собственных граждан», — отметила глава внешнеполитического ведомства.
The Embassy of Ukraine to Italy responded to the opening of the DPR Representative Center in Verona on February 9th with a message on Facebook, in which they “strongly condemned any attempts to encourage and support” the republics.
The actions of the Ukrainian diplomats are a direct manifestation of the fear of disseminating true information about what is happening in Donbass, said Foreign Minister Natalia Nikonorova, and stressed that the DPR representative centers were founded in full compliance with the legislation of the European countries where they are located.
“We count on the observance of the internationally recognized and guaranteed rights of our own citizens,” the head of the foreign-policy establishment emphasized.
