The Ukrainian power is not going to implement the Minsk agreements and does not seek peace. Instead, it temporizes and prevaricates. And the number of attacks grows.
The Minsk agreements can only be fulfilled if all the power structures of Ukraine are dismissed and its sick statehood is demounted. The Ukrainian state should be eliminated as illegitimate, since it was created as a result of the coup d’état and outside intervention in 2014. And it is still controlled from without.
It is necessary to reestablish a new, truly independent Ukraine. This should be done by a free decision of all its territories. And, at the same time, the right of the regions not to merge into the new state should be recognized. It would be fair.
And with this honest Ukraine, which will replace today’s false power, it will be possible to agree on the implementation of the Minsk Complex of Measures.
