No applications on detained or missing persons were submitted to the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights over the past week, the agency’s press office reports.

According to operational data, as of November 1, the Ukrainian party is holding as prisoners 244 persons, including:

— 85 persons whose presence in the Ukrainian territory has been established and confirmed. 1 person was excluded from the list due to refusal to exchange. 4 persons were transferred from the list of persons whose cases are being clarified by the Ukrainian side;

— 159 persons whose cases’ data are missing or being specified by the Ukrainian side. 4 persons were transferred to the list of persons whose presence on Ukrainian territory had been confirmed.

As of November 1, 2019, the missing persons list includes 464 persons who may also be held in the Ukrainian captivity.
