The administrations of cities, towns and districts distribute targeted humanitarian aid among families having children aged up to 3 for October 2019, the press service of the DPR Ministry of Labor and Social Policy reports.
“In order to receive targeted humanitarian aid, families with children under 3 years of age need to contact a humanitarian aid distribution point at the place of receipt of allowances for children under the age of three,” the notification reads.
