On November 7, as part of the interaction between the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Donetsk People’s Republic and the International Committee of the Red Cross, a multifunctional bed was delivered to a group I disabled person living in the Kuibyshevsky district of Donetsk.

“This bed’s frame can be raised and lowered, enabling the patient to carry out the necessary procedures. The mattress itself is equipped with a removable cover letting air pass through easily,” the Ombudsperson’s press service noted.

As will be recalled, earlier, on September 20, representatives of the Ombudsman for Human Rights in the DPR, together with the ICRC, delivered a wheelchair to a family living in a social facility.
