Today we have submitted to the OSCE SMM a notice of readiness of the units of the People’s Militia of the Donetsk People’s Republic to proceed to practical activities on the previously withdrawn site near the locality of Petrovskoye after the relevant decision of the Contact Group arrives on November 9.
If this date is confirmed by all participants in the videoconference scheduled for November 8, on November 9 at 1:00 p.m. (Moscow time), representatives of the DPR People’s Militia will again launch a white flare again as a sign of the commitment to commence the process of eliminating violations on the site.
We also inform that all the necessary background information provided to the Mission on November 2 is up to date.
So far, there has been no official information on the intentions of the Ukrainian party to agree with the Republic on a new starting date to conduct withdrawal simultaneously and exactly the same way.
We look forward to an extraordinary meeting of the Contact Group being held and the next date, November 9th, being agreed by all participants.
