Over the past 24 hours, the AFU engaged fire on areas of the Republic’s localities sixteen times. Ukrainian militants fired the total of 134 munitions, Vice-Commander of the Operational Command Colonel Eduard Basurin reported at the daily briefing in Donetsk.
- “On the Gorlovka front, militants of the 59th and 58th brigades fired on Dolomitnoye, Zaitsevo (south) and the Gagarin mine’s village with automatic grenade launchers, heavy machine guns, and small arms.
- On the Donetsk front, from the positions of the 92nd and 28th brigades, there was launched fire on Spartak, the Trudovskaya mine’s village, the Volvo Center, Yasinovataya, Lozovoye and the Donetsk airport with 82mm mortars, ATGMs, anti-tank and automatic grenade launchers, heavy machine guns, and small arms.
- On the Mariupol front, militants of the 36th and 128th brigades fired with 82mm mortars, automatic grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms on Sakhanka, Leninskoye, Belaya Kamenka and Zaichenko,” Eduard Basurin said.
The Colonel also added that as a result of shelling wounds, three personnel of the People’s Militia had been mortally wounded as a result of the attacks. Information on civilian casualties and destructions is being specified.
All the evidence have been provided to international human rights organizations and the DPR Prosecutor General’s Office to be attached to the criminal cases brought against the AFU commanders guilty of shelling the territory of the Republic.
