The payment of nonrecurring amends has begun on November 11. They are paid in accordance with the Decree 347 of the Head of the Donetsk People’s Republic as of December 6th On Approval of the Procedure for Providing Nonrecurring Amends to Citizens for Harm to Life and Health Caused by the Aggression of the Armed Forces and Armed Formations of Ukraine, the press service of the DPR Ministry of Labor and Social Policy reports.
The amends will be paid to the families of dead (killed) persons from the civilian population and the military, as well as to persons from the civilian population and the military who suffered injuries, post-concussion syndrome or traumas as a result of the aggression of the Armed Forces and armed formations of Ukraine, who applied to the Commission for Assistance to Victims of Hostilities during the period from October 1st to 28th (1st-6th stages of partial payments).
