The Commissioner for Human Rights in the Donetsk People’s Republic received no complaints of detention this week.
According to the operational data, as of November 24, the Ukrainian party is holding prisoners 245 persons, including:
– 85 persons whose presence in the Ukrainian territory has been established and confirmed.
– 160 persons, information on whom is not available or is being specified by the Ukrainian party.
As of November 22, the missing list includes 465 persons. They may also be in Ukrainian captivity.
