Today, militants of the 59th brigade, on the orders of war criminal Shapovalov, opened fire with small arms at Zaitsevo locality. Under fire there came the area where employees of the Voda Donbassa Utility Company were carrying out repair and restoration works under the security guarantees provided by the Ukrainian party.
Thus, despite the ceasefire agreed upon by the parties to the negotiations, the AFU purposefully launch attacks on vital infrastructure facilities. By good fortune, there were no casualties among company employees.
Information on the damage to civilian infrastructure and casualties among the civilian population is being specified.
We urge the OSCE SMM international monitors to register the shelling and exercise influence on the Ukrainian armed formations to force them to observe a stable ceasefire.
