Today, on December 11, as part of summing up of the Support of the Donetsk People’s Republic contest, there was active a panel for state building with mentors’ participation. According to the correspondent of the DPR official website, assistant to the DPR Head Elena Nikitina, Deputy Chairperson of the DPR People’s Council Olga Makeyeva, DPR Minister of Foreign Affairs Natalya Nikonorova, along with representatives of higher educational institutions of the DPR and Russia came to share their experience with the contest participants.
Each of the mentors present tried to give the state’s high-potential employees advice that would help them on the way of self-improvement and professional development.
“In your work, you must rely on two main guidelines – service and creativity. Public service is the service for the benefit of the citizens and the Republic. And a creative approach will help you introduce a plenty of new and useful things to the State administration system,” assistant to the DPR Head Elena Nikitina said.
Olga Makeeva, in turn, shared the three main components of success and wished all the finalists of the contest success in their work and great achievements.
The Foreign Affairs Minister of the DPR spoke about the formation process of the Government of the Republic and the contribution she had made to the construction of our young state.
