Despite the agreements reached during yesterday’s videoconference, Kiev has once again flagrantly violated the terms of the agreement, Commissioner for Human Rights in the Donetsk People’s Republic Darya Morozova claims.
“Paying no attention to the communique signed following the Normandy Four’s summit, which clearly prescribes an exchange based on the formula “all identified for all identified”, the Ukrainian side has unilaterally changed the lists and removed detained supporters of the Republic from the exchange process.
Such actions are inadmissible, unacceptable and speak of the conscious attempt to thwart the prisoner exchange. We strongly insist that Ukraine comply with all guarantees set out in the Minsk format and the final communique of the Normandy Four,” Darya Morozova stated.
