Today, on December 27, on a professional holiday, Emergency Rescuer’s Day, a 6th grade student of Makeyevka comprehensive school No. 72 Bogdan Gerasimenko was presented a ministerial award of the DPR Emergencies Ministry — the medal “For Assistance in Salvation.”
According to the correspondent of the official website of the Donetsk People’s Republic, the boy did a good service in extinguishing a fire, which could cause significant damage to life, health, and property of citizens. The award was presented by the Minister of Civil Defense, Emergencies and Disaster Management, Lieutenant General of the Civil Protection Service Alexei Kostrubitsky.
