In the course of the live call-in show, a resident of the village of Luganskoye addressed Head of the Donetsk People’s Republic Denis Pushilin with urgent problems experienced by her locality — a shut-down kindergarten and the lack of water supply.
Denis Pushilin instructed the head of the local council to consider the problems and bend every effort to ensure that the kindergarten is opened.
The Head of the Republic instructed the Minister of Construction, Housing and Public Utilities, Sergei Naumets, to resolve the issue of providing villagers with water.
“This is a deeper problem. As far as I know, there is no water in the village since the days of Ukraine. People must be provided with water. Let’s approach this issue more thoroughly. Involve not only our state-owned research institutes, but also private ones. Project documentation should be quickly worked out, funds must be found. But the water issue must be addressed,” Denis Pushilin said.
