Ukrainian militants engaged the areas of populated localities of the Republic thirteen times over the past day, the DPR PMD’s spokesman Rinat Aygistov reported during a daily briefing on December 27.
- “On the Gorlovka front, militants from the 58th brigade engaged Ozyeryanovka and Shirokaya Balka with infantry fighting vehicles and anti-tank grenade launchers.
- On the Donetsk front, militants from the 56th and 28th AFU brigades engaged Spartak, Zhabichevo, Aleksandrovka and Staromikhaylovka by using 82mm mortars, IFV guns, antitank grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms.
- On the Mariupol front, militants of the 10th brigade engaged Kominternovo with heavy machine guns and small arms.
Information on the scale of destruction of the civil infrastructure and victims among the civilian population is being specified,” Rinat Aygistov stated.
