The Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics are completely ready for the exchange, Commissioner for Human Rights in the DPR Darya Morozova stated on December 29. According to a correspondent of the DPR Official Website, the ombudsperson is now in the territory of the Gorlovka checkpoint, taking part in the exchange process.
“We are now at the checkpoint. Our Lugansk colleagues have already left for the territory of Ukraine. Then the Ukrainian delegation will arrive here and we will be able to identify our people. The Ukrainian side has to fulfill all its commitments,” Darya Morozova stated.
