“The Ukrainian side has not returned a certain number of people. In total, 60 people have returned from Ukraine, 52 people have been transferred from the DPR,” Darya Morozova said to the correspondent of the DPR Official Website.
“At the moment, the exchange is still ongoing, because the Ukrainian side has not transferred a certain number of people. They are now staying in Ukrainian territory. Basically, at the moment we have taken 60 people. The exchange is not over yet, but I hope that in the near future we will finish it. As for the DPR, we were preparing 55 people for the exchange; 52 people were transferred, in fact. The others refused,” Darya Morozova said.
“I’m really glad. I can hardly believe this is happening, but I’m grateful to everyone who supported me,” one of the former prisoners Darya Mastikasheva shared her first impressions after the release.
