Today, on January 15, in the framework of the Heroes project of the Donetsk Republic Public Movement, a cartoon screening was arranged for the children of the military personnel of the Telmanovsky district and Dokuchayevsk. The event was also attended by DPR People’s Council deputy Alla Obolenskaya, a correspondent of the DPR Official Website reports.
“The parents of the children present here are now standing on guard of our state borders, defending our peace.
The Heroes project is intended to make it clear to these kids that, despite anything, they are not forgotten and not abandoned. For this to be achieved, we organize excursions, film screenings, and entertainment events.
It is impossible to replace for children their parents who are now in the defense lines of the Republic, but we are making every effort to give them the necessary attention, to demonstrate our care and diversify their leisure activities,” Alla Obolenskaya said.
The deputy also presented children with sweets as New Year presents from the Donetsk Republic Public Movement, after which the children watched the Everest cartoon.
