The assembly hall of Donetsk Internal Affairs Academy affiliated with the DPR Internal Affairs Ministry hosted a meeting with Hero of the Donetsk People’s Republic Vladimir Kononov, the Chief of the Department for Social Support to Retired Military and Patriotic Education under the DPR Head, the DPR Internal Affairs Ministry’s Public Relations Center reports.
During the conversation, the cadets got answers to questions about the activities of the department and General Lieutenant Kononov’s military past. Guitarist-songwriter Sergey Lysenko, a member of the DPR Writers’ Union, performed his songs at the meeting.
Rector of the academy, Police Colonel Anatoly Popov thanked the guests for their active participation in patriotic education of the academy’s cadets and presented them with commendations.
