To adjust fire on the territory of the Republic, fighters of the 10th brigade used an unmanned aerial vehicle such as Skywalker. Official representative of the DPR PMD Rinat Aigistov reported the details of its interception at the briefing in Donetsk on January 25.
“This UAV was timely detected by the squad of the Terricon M2N electronic warfare complex, which is part of the Mantia-ARP unified system for comprehensive protection of the Republic’s objects from enemy strikes.
Through skillful actions of the operators, the control channel was intercepted and the UAV successfully was landed on our territory. The specified aircraft is presented to your attention.
The information extracted from the flash drive is being studied by our specialists, and further on it will be transferred to the DPR Prosecutor General’s Office to be attached to criminal cases against the commander of the 10th Brigade, Zubanich, into the fact of shelling of the Republic’s localities,” Aigistov said.
