The enemy has stepped up firing on Republic localities, damage reported — Eduard Basurin

Over the past 24 hours, the enemy violated the ceasefire sixteen times, Deputy Commander of the Operational Command Colonel Eduard Basurin reported at the briefing in Donetsk on February 21.

“On the Gorlovka front, militants from the 59th brigade armed with 82mm mortars, various types of rocket launcher, heavy machine guns and small arms engaged Dolomitnoye, the house at 6 Zheleznodorozhnaya Street is damaged.

On the Donetsk front, forces of the 28th and 92nd AFU brigades engaged Vasilyevka, Spartak, the Volvo Center and Staromikhaylovka by using BMP-1, rocket launchers and heavy machine guns. The attack resulted in damage to the residential buildings at 27 and 28A Zhukovskogo Street, 41 Bakinskikh Komissaov Street in Staromikhaylovka

On the Mariupol front, the 10th brigade armed with rocket launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms, engaged Sosnovskoye, Leninskoye and Sakhanka,” Basurin stated.
