The Ukrainian side is destabilizing the situation at the line of combat contact by targeting the civil infrastructure of the Republic.
For the second day in a row, Ukrainian militants, ignoring the Minsk accords, have been actively using heavy artillery, targeting exclusively critical infrastructure facilities in the south of our Republic.
Tonight at 0:10, militants of the 10th separate mountain assault brigade, on the orders of war criminal Zubanich, shelled Bezymennoye by using 122mm artillery. The shelling resulted in damage to a power line, three populated localities — Sakhanka, Zaichenko and Leninskoye — are cut off power, more than 400 consumers have been left without electricity.
Emergency services are working to restore the electricity supply.
Information about civilian casualties and damage to the civil infrastructure caused by the enemy shelling is being specified.
Materials on the case of shelling will be sent to representatives of international organizations stationed in the Republic, as well as to the DPR Prosecutor General’s Office for attaching to criminal cases against AFU brigade commander Zubanich.
We call on the OSCE monitoring mission to influence on the leadership of Ukraine to prevent further aggression in Donbass, and pay special attention to the fact that civilians are suffering from the actions of the Ukrainian militants.
