President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky stated that if within a year he fails to reach an agreement with Vladimir Putin to achieve peace in Donbass, the Ukrainian party will withdraw from the Minsk process, DPR People’s Council deputy Vladislav Berdichevsky commented on his statement.
“Ukraine has only two options — either to implement the Minsk Agreements or not. The Ukrainian authorities can do neither. It’s not even clear what will happen to Zelensky in a year.
It is frankly ridiculous to address an ultimatum to Vladimir Putin. Russia is not the one that should amend the Constitution of Ukraine, withdraw troops and negotiate with Donbass residents,” Vladislav Berdichevsky said.
