Today, on March 17, experts of the Donetsk Republic Public Movement’s Mobile Legal Clinic Project, designed to provide free legal assistance, advised residents of the frontline urban-type locality of Olenovka in the Leninsky district of Donetsk.
About 30 persons sought advice of lawyers, a notary and a specialist of the Land Resources Committee. Village residents mostly consulted with specialists on the issues of registration and acceptance of inheritance, sale and donation of real estate and land.
“Today I was able to consult with a notary. They provided me with assistance and advised what to do next. I would like to thank the Donetsk Republic Public Movement for the opportunity to get legal aid from qualified specialists without leaving the village,” Svetlana Oleinik, an Olenovka resident, said.
Head of the Olenovka Village Administration Svetlana Nikitchenko said that the village infrastructure is well developed, thanks to which residents are provided with jobs. But Svetlana Nikolayevna considers the issue of housing restoration to be the main problem of the village residents. Due to ongoing shelling, this process cannot be completed.
The Village Administration Head stressed that the situation has worsened this month. Thus, as a result of shelling, a man died in the village of Signalnoye (the territory comprised by the urban-type locality of Olenovka) last Saturday, on March 15.
