An electrical substation in Staromikhaylovka was damaged during the AFU’s firing — DPR Representative Office to the JCCC

On March 24 at 14:35, Ukraine’s armed formations opened fire at Staromikhaylovka by using BMP-2, the DPR Representative Office to the JCCC and negotiation process reports.

“The firing resulted in damage to an electrical substation at the Chelyuskintsev mine. Civilian casualties were avoided. More details are being specified,” the report says.
