As of today, March 25, there have not been any registered cases of coronavirus infection in Donetsk People’s Republic, DPR Minister of Health Olga Dolgoshapko informed.
“There are 418 people undergoing in-home isolation under the supervision of neighborhood physicians, and 80 people under inpatient care. Over the past 24 hours, 7 people (including 1 child) have been hospitalized. The condition of all those under observation is satisfactory.
By decision of the Interdepartmental Operational Headquarters, stricter isolation and restriction measures are being introduced in relation to all persons arriving from abroad. This applies to persons coming from abroad as well as from Ukraine, the LPR and the Russian Federation. We strongly recommend that those who have arrived undergo a 14-day home isolation,” the Minister of Health noted.
She also reminded that the hotline of the Ministry of Health continues to work in the Republic, you can contact it by calling a shot number 277 via Phoenix mobile communications provider or by landline phone (062) 303-27-72.
In case of first signs of any acute respiratory viral disease (body temperature, coughing, rhinorrhea, especially labored breathing) you must immediately call a health worker, who will come home to you. Depending on the symptoms, the doctor will decide whether to leave the patient for home treatment or hospitalize. Remember, self-medication can harm your health.
