The Ministry of Health informs that the second case of COVID-19 in the Donetsk People’s Republic was confirmed on April 1 during the tests.
It was a child of the DPR resident who earlier, on March 31, 2020, was diagnosed with COVID-19.
The mother and the child have a mild case of the illness, they are in a separate isolation ward in the infectious diseases department, getting the necessary treatment.
The condition of other family members, who are under medical supervision in the infectious disease department, is satisfactory, everyone’s temperature is normal, no complaints. All the tests for COVID-19 conducted on April 1, 2020, turned out negative.
