The Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Donetsk People’s Republic reports violations of Donbass citizens’ rights by the Ukrainian party, including the right to life, safety, security of person, and the freedom of movement.

From April 4 to April 10, in the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic, six military and one male civilian suffered wounds of varying severity as a result of armed aggression on Ukraine’s part. One civilian got killed last week.

Since the outbreak of the armed conflict in the Donetsk People’s Republic, 4,911 persons have perished, including 81 children.

The Commissioner for Human Rights in the Donetsk People’s Republic continues to receive officially confirmed information on the persons wounded since the conflict began.
