On April 22, militants of the 28th mechanized brigade commanded by war criminal Marchenko fired at the village of Trudovskaya Mine with tripod-mounted man-portable recoilless guns, an outbuilding at 8 Krasnaya Zvezda Street is damaged.
Civilians in whose yard a munition landed took cover from the firing in the basement on time, which allowed avoiding casualties.
Also, a sniper in positions of the 28th mechanized brigade targeted and damaged windows of the secondary school in Aleksandrovka.
According to our information, the firing was carried out by a militant from the 3rd special forces regiment.
We do not rule out that by shooting at the school, the sniper was practicing and demonstrating his skills to his superiors, as a group of scout snipers, who had been trained at the special forces training center in the town of Kropivnitsky, Kirovograd Oblast, arrived at the joint forces operation’s zone a few days ago, according to our intelligence.
We call on the world community and international monitors to direct attention to this case of violation of humanitarian law and the deliberate terror against civilians in our Republic.
