Ukraine will have to negotiate with the DPR and the LPR, whether it wants to or not, Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin claimed in an interview with RT. So he responded to Kiev’s earlier statement about its unwillingness to engage in dialogue with the republics.

“The world practice proves that it is necessary that the parties negotiate directly with each other to resolve civil conflicts. The second party to the conflict is the republics of Donbass. Accordingly, Ukraine needs to negotiate not only “three pieces of legislation” with us, but all legal aspects of further coexistence between Donbass and Ukraine,” Denis Pushilin stressed.

According to the DPR Head, with its statements Kiev is now trying to sidetrack attention from the failure to comply with its commitments.
