The armed forces of Ukraine yesterday destroyed a surveillance camera of the OSCE SMM near the village of Oktyabrskaya Mine in the northwestern suburbs of Donetsk, the DPR Representative Office to the JCCC informs
The OSCE SMM asked the parties to ensure a period of ceasefire to record the damage to the above camera within a radius of 15 km from where the object is mounted. Our side has guaranteed security and strictly observes the ceasefire regime, a JCCC task force is ready to set off to record the damage to the camera.
Since 8:55 AM the AFU have been firing at the area, including with weapons prohibited by the Minsk Agreements, thus they are holding OSCE SMM representatives and the JCCC task force off the scene of the incident.
The AFU have fired 21 mortar shells of 120mm caliber, 11 mortar shells of 82mm caliber, 31 rounds with various rocket launchers, they also use machine guns and small arms. Despite the repeated requests for security, they keep firing.
“We believe that such acts of provocation are unacceptable and violate the international law and the agreements that the Kiev government entered into,” the DPR Representative Office to the JCCC reports.
