Под эгидой ОД «Донецкая Республика» в ДНР будут созданы добровольные народные дружины, которые усилят работу правоохранительных органов. Об этом сегодня, 1 марта, на брифинге в Донецке рассказал руководитель Центрального исполкома ОД «ДР» Алексей Муратов, сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР.
«Мы неоднократно говорили о том, что общественное движение «Донецкая Республика» — это, прежде всего, команда Главы ДНР Дениса Владимировича Пушилина, команда людей с активной жизненной позицией, которые не стоят в стороне, а выходят с инициативами и предложениями. И очередная инициатива от граждан, прежде всего молодежи, касается создания добровольных народных дружин.
Мы решили пойти навстречу молодежи и запустить проект «Народная дружина». Это не подмена деятельности силовых структур, а усиление их работы, помощь правоохранителям и, одновременно, стимул для молодежи, военно-патриотическое воспитание, популяризация спорта. Ребята будут сдавать нормы ГТО, отбираться, и в течение месяца будет приниматься решение о включении в команду народных дружинников. Они будут закрепляться за территориями, что должно способствовать развитию молодежного движения и наведению порядка», — пояснил он.
Муратов подчеркнул, что в будущем народные дружинники станут основой кадрового резерва для правоохранительных органов, министерств и ведомств Республики.
«Готовя будущих дружинников, мы уделяем большое внимание вопросам гражданского и патриотического воспитания, правовой грамотности, умению оказать первую медицинскую помощь. Все без исключения новобранцы будут сдавать нормативы испытаний Государственного физкультурно-спортивного комплекса «Готов к труду и обороне Донецкой Народной Республики». Еще в октябре 2016 был дан старт реализации и внедрению Государственного физкультурно-спортивного комплекса «Готов к труду и обороне Донецкой Народной Республики». На сегодняшний день в рамках внедрения и реализации «ГТО ДНР» состоялось 91 мероприятие, в которых приняли участие более 10 000 человек. Мы планируем, что народные дружинники будут сдавать нормы ГТО ежемесячно», — отметил общественный деятель Роман Трошин.
Участниками проекта «Народная дружина» могут стать граждане ДНР в возрасте от 18 лет с высоким уровнем физической подготовки, имеющие достижения в спортивной деятельности.
«Несомненно, одной из самых важных составляющих идеологии и культуры Народной дружины является спорт, так как именно он оказывает существенное воздействие на основные сферы жизнедеятельности общества.
Обширная спортивная программа подготовки и тренировок народных дружинников будет включать в себя общефизическую подготовку, боевые искусства и тактику действий по охране общественного порядка. Регулярные спортивные сборы и прохождение нормативов ГТО не только «подтягивают» физическую форму, но и что немаловажно, наравне воспитывают как командный дух, так и здоровое соперничество, позволяя дружинникам всесторонне развиваться как физически, так и морально», — добавил мастер спорта России по боевому самбо, призер Кубка мира Владислав Михайлишин.
В свою очередь депутат, руководитель ОО «Молодая Республика» Кирилл Макаров сообщил, что в ДНР стартует конкурс на лучший логотип для «Народной дружины».
«Кроме удостоверения, у каждого члена «Народной дружины» будет фирменный знак отличия. Знак, который с гордостью скажет, что вы – часть большой патриотической спортивной семьи Республики. В связи с этим, мы объявляем о начале масштабного конкурса на лучший логотип для «Народной дружины». Конкурсные работы принимаются с сегодняшнего дня по 12 марта на электронный адрес: nd-dnr@mail.ru с пометкой «Народная дружина». Уже 18 марта будут объявлены результаты конкурса. Отмечу, что победители конкурса будут награждены денежными призами в размере 30 000 рублей: 1 место – 15 000 рублей, 2 место – 10 000 рублей, 3 место – 5 000 рублей», — подытожил он.

“We have repeatedly said that the Donetsk Republic Public Movement is, first of all, the team of Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin, a team of people with an active civic stance, who do not stand aside, but come up with initiatives and proposals. And another initiative from citizens, especially the youth, concerns the organization of volunteer people’s patrols.
We decided to cooperate with the youth and launch the People’s Patrol project. This is not a substitution for the activities of law enforcement agencies, but the strengthening of their work, assistance to law enforcement officers and, at the same time, an incentive for the youth, military and patriotic education, and promotion of sports. Young people will be passing the Ready for Labor and Defense standards, will be being selected, and within a month, the decision will be made to enlist them to the team of people’s patrol volunteers. They will be assigned to the territories, which should contribute to the development of the youth movement and restoration of order,” he explained.
Muratov stressed that in the future, people’s patrol volunteers would become the basis of the personnel reserve for the law enforcement agencies, ministries and authorities of the Republic.
“While training future people’s patrol volunteers, we pay great attention to the matters of civil and patriotic education, legal literacy, and the ability to render first aid. Each and all of new recruits will be passing the test standards of the State Sports Complex “Ready for Labor and Defense of the Donetsk People’s Republic”. Back in October 2016, we started the implementation and introduction of the State Sports Complex “Ready for Labor and Defense of the Donetsk People’s Republic”. To date, within the framework of the implementation and introduction of the State Sports Complex “Ready for Labor and Defense of the Donetsk People’s Republic”, 91 events have been held, in which over 10,000 people took part. In turn, the head of the Young Republic public organization, deputy Kirill Makarov said that the contest for the best logo for the People’s Patrol is being started in the DPR.
“In addition to the authorization document, each member of the People’s Patrol will have a special identification badge. The badge that says with pride that you are part of the large patriotic sports family of the Republic. In this regard, we announce the beginning of the large-scale contest for the best logo for the People’s Patrol. Entries are accepted from today to March 12th by e-mail: nd-dnr@mail.ru, marked “People’s Patrol”. The results of the contests will have been announced on March 18th. I will note that the winners of the contest will be awarded cash prizes in the amount of 30,000 rubles: 1st place – 15,000 rubles, 2nd place – 10,000 rubles, 3rd place – 5,000 rubles,” he concluded.
