Сегодня, 4 марта, в Донецком клиническом территориальном медицинском объединении прошло открытие второго торакального отделения. Как сообщает корреспондент официального сайта ДНР, в мероприятии приняли участие Глава ДНР Денис Пушилин, министр здравоохранения Ольга Долгошапко, главный врач ДоКТМО Наталья Момот, заместитель главврача по медицинской части Иван Плахотников, заместитель главврача по хирургической помощи Денис Ступаченко.
Министр здравоохранения Ольга Долгошапко и главврач ДоКТМО Наталья Момот ознакомили Главу Республики Дениса Пушилина с условиями оказания медпомощи в торакальном отделении. Руководитель государства посетил ординаторскую, пищеблок, манипуляционный кабинет, перевязочную, палаты для пациентов, палату интенсивной терапии.
«Видно, что отделение отремонтировано с душой. Виден энтузиазм медицинских сотрудников, которые прошли трудные этапы в период интенсивных боевых действий, когда работали в тяжелых условиях, провели сотни операций, спасли сотни жизней. Теперь видно, что мы развиваемся, двигаемся навстречу тому, что действительно нам всем необходимо. Развитие медицины — наша задача, и она стоит в приоритете. Сегодня существуют проблемы, но мы с ними должны справиться. С таким коллективом, с такими энтузиастами, с таким уровнем профессионализма, который есть у наших медицинских сотрудников, нам многое удастся сделать», — сказал Денис Пушилин, отметив, что в Республике задачи сферы здравоохранения будут решаться уже в ближайшем будущем.
Также Глава ДНР поздравил коллектив ДоКТМО с открытием отделения: «Поздравляю врачей, медицинских работников и пациентов с тем, что капитальный ремонт завершен. Хотел бы выразить коллективу глубокую признательность за спасенные жизни. Теперь нам с Министерством здравоохранения предстоит создавать необходимые условия для медицинских работников. Мы знаем о тех проблемах, которые есть, и работаем над их решением».
Денис Пушилин подчеркнул, что с ремонтом отделения возможности оказания помощи нуждающимся в лечении пациентам с внутригрудной патологией увеличиваются.
Отметим, что ремонтные работы в торакальном отделении проходили в рамках реализации Гуманитарной программы по воссоединению народа Донбасса. В отделении будет оказываться плановая и круглосуточная ургентная медицинская помощь пациентам практически с любой внутригрудной патологией.
Капитальный ремонт отделения был начат в июне 2018 года. В процессе ремонта были заменены все инженерные коммуникации, выполнен весь комплекс отделочных работ и работ, связанных с обеспечением пожарной безопасности.
Как сообщила министр здравоохранения — ДоКТМО и торакальное отделение принимают активное участие в Гуманитарной программе по воссоединению народа Донбасса.
«Торакальные отделения были организованы в 1953 году под руководством профессора Каро Овнатаняна. Это уникальное отделение.
Люди, которые здесь работают, не уехали, а остались помогать как жителям Республики, так и людям с подконтрольной Украине территории Донецкой области.
Хочу пожелать всем пациентам, которые придут сюда лечиться, крепкого здоровья», — сказала Ольга Долгошапко.
Также министр здравоохранения ДНР, рассказывая о планах ведомства, сообщила, что в Республике при поддержке Главы Донецкой Народной Республики планируется строительство новой Республиканской детской клинической больницы. Кроме того, в планах капитальный ремонт отделения гемодиализа.

“I see that the department has been repaired with devotion. You can see the enthusiasm of the medical staff, who went through difficult stages during the period of intensive hostilities, when they worked in difficult conditions, performed hundreds of surgeries, saved hundreds of lives. Now it is clear that we are developing, moving towards what is really necessary for all of us. The development of medicine is our task, and it is a priority. Today there are problems, and we must deal with them. With such a team, with such enthusiasts, with such a level of professionalism that our medical staff have, we will be able to do a lot,” said Denis Pushilin, noting that the tasks of the healthcare sphere would be solved in the near future in the Republic.
The Head of the DPR also congratulated the Donetsk Clinical Local Medical Association’s staff on the opening of the department, “I congratulate doctors, medical workers and patients on the fact that the overhaul has been completed. I would like to express my deep gratitude to the team for the lives they saved. Now we, jointly with the Ministry of Health, will have to create the necessary conditions for medical workers. We are aware of the problems that exist and are working on their solution.”
Denis Pushilin emphasized that after the repair of the department, the possibility of rendering aid to patients who need intrathoracic pathology treatment is increasing.
It should be noted that the repair work in the thoracic department was carried out as part of the Humanitarian Program for the Reunification of the People of Donbass. The department will provide planned and round-the-clock emergency medical care to patients with almost any intrathoracic pathology.
The overhaul of the department had begun in June 2018. In the process of repair, all utilities systems were replaced, the whole complex of finishing works and work related to fire safety was carried out.
According to the Minister of Health, the Donetsk Clinical Local Medical Association and the thoracic department actively participate in the Humanitarian Program for the Reunification of the People of Donbass.
“Thoracic departments were organized in 1953 under the supervision of Professor Karo Ovnatanyan. This is a unique department.
The people who work here have not left, but stayed to help both residents of the Republic and people from the Ukraine-controlled territory of the Donetsk region.
I want to wish all patients, who come here for treatment, good health,” Olga Dolgoshapko said.
Also, the DPR Minister of Health, telling about the plans of the establishment, informed that in the Republic, with the support of the Head of the Donetsk People’s Republic, it is planned to build a new Republic Clinical Hospital for Children. In addition, it is planned to overhaul the dialysis station.
