Украинская сторона цинично и преступно игнорирует все договоренности, достигнутые в ходе переговоров в Минске. «Весеннее» перемирие не продержалось и 15 минут. Вооруженные силы Украины тут же открыли огонь по территории Донецкой Народной Республики. При этом украинское военное командование целенаправленно отдает приказы обстреливать жилые дома и объекты инфраструктуры.
Только за первые трое суток режима прекращения огня противник обстрелял территорию Республики с применением более 200 боеприпасов. Обстрелам со стороны украинских вооруженных формирований подверглись районы семи населенных пунктов Республики. В результате вражеского снайперского огня погиб военнослужащий Народной милиции. Зафиксирован обстрел Васильевской насосной станции с применением противотанковых управляемых ракет.
Без сомнения, активизация провокационных обстрелов со стороны ВСУ, игнорирование любых договоренностей, направленных на снижение боевой активности на линии разграничения, попытки запугивания и терроризирования жителей Донбасса, проживающих по обе стороны линии соприкосновения, являются частью предвыборной кампании действующей киевской власти. Обстреливая наши города, разрушая жилые дома и инфраструктуру, киевская власть пытается отвлечь внимание своих избирателей от политического и экономического кризиса внутри страны и тем самым увеличить свои шансы на предстоящих выборах.
Бесспорно, провокации со стороны ВСУ в ближайшие дни не только не прекратятся, но и будут усиливаться. Киеву выгодно обострение ситуации на линии соприкосновения, и преступные приказы обстреливать наши города будут отдаваться и впредь, а ситуация продолжит накаляться.
Мы призываем мировое сообщество, страны–гаранты Минских соглашений, миссию ОБСЕ и другие международные организации оказать решительное и жесткое воздействие на украинскую сторону с целью урегулирования ситуации и недопущения убийства наших граждан в угоду политическим интересам официального Киева.
Для Порошенко сегодня самой важной целью остается сохранение власти, и ради этой цели, как мы видим, он готов пойти на любое преступление.
В свою очередь Народная милиция Донецкой Народной Республики оставляет за собой право адекватного и симметричного реагирования на провокационные обстрелы. Мы будем жестко пресекать все попытки разрушений наших домов и инфраструктуры и убийств мирных жителей Донбасса вооруженными формированиями Украины.

The armed forces of Ukraine immediately engaged the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic. At the same time, the Ukrainian military command intentionally gives orders to bombard the residential buildings and infrastructure facilities.
Only over the first three days of the ceasefire, the adversary has fired more than 200 items of ordnance on the territory of the Republic. The Ukrainian armed formations engaged the areas of seven populated localities of the Republic. As a result of enemy sniper fire, a soldier of the People’s Militia was killed. We registered an attack with anti-tank guided missiles on the Vasilyevka pump station.
With no doubt, the intensification of the provocative attacks of the AFU, the disregard for any agreements aimed at reducing combat activity at the disengagement line, the attempts to intimidate and terrorize Donbass residents living on both sides of the contact line are part of the election campaign of the current Kiev power. By bombarding our cities, destroying residential buildings and infrastructure, the Kiev power is trying to divert their voters’ attention from the political and economic crisis in the country and thereby increase their chances in the upcoming election.
Undoubtedly, the AFU will not stop their provocations in the coming days, but will intensify them. Kiev takes advantage of escalating the situation at the contact line, they will continue to give criminal orders to bombard our cities and towns, and the situation will continue to escalate.
We call upon the world community, the guarantor countries for the Minsk Agreements, the OSCE Mission and other international organizations to exert decisive and tough influence on the Ukrainian side in order to resolve the situation and prevent the killing of our citizens in favor of the official Kiev’s political interests.
Holding on to power remains for Poroshenko the most important goal for today, and to that end, as we see, he is ready to commit any crime.
In turn, the People’s Militia of the Donetsk People’s Republic reserves the right to respond to the provocative attacks appropriately and symmetrically. We will firmly suppress any attempts of the armed formations of Ukraine aimed at destroying our houses and infrastructure and killing peaceful citizens of Donbass.
